Nancy Cederberg

Love and Action, Midwest
107 S. Hi Lusi
Mt. Prospect, IL 60056
708/392-3123

Nancy Cederberg is the Director of Love & Action Midwest, Inc. The primary goal of Love & Action is to minister to people with AIDS (PWAs) through friendship, spiritual encouragement and fulfillment of practical needs. Another important part of their ministry is to educate and train the church to show those hurting because of AIDS, God's "love" through their "actions." Nancy and her husband, Sven, experienced the death of their 24 year old son, Kent, in 1987. Kent had been "called" to be a missionary but, because of his death, that dream was not realized. Kent's missionary dream is being realized by his parents through their founding and directing a Christian AIDS ministry. Nancy and Sven have appeared on TV (the MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour) and radio.
